Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Kaizwear for your activewear needs! We want to ensure that you receive your items as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our standard shipping option takes 7-14 business days for package delivery. (If located in the upper United States) Additionally, for any international shipping, it may take 10-30 days for delivery. Due to the complexities of shipping overseas. (i.e. compliance with regulations, customs, duties, etc.) Please keep in mind that these are an estimate and delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays.

 

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information. Please allow 24-72 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

 

If you need your items sooner, we offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Please select your preferred shipping option at checkout. If you have any special requests or concerns regarding shipping, please reach out to our customer service team and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can assist you with a resolution. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
